Auto Rent is included with Property Aura Pro ($49.99/month). Stripe and platform processing fees are 4.5% total (40% lower than competitors), they are automatically added to your expenses page since they are tax deductables.
How quickly do I receive my rent payments?
Rent payments are automatically transferred to your bank account within 2 business days after successful collection. All payments will automatically be logged on your rent payments page to keep you in control of your accoutning.
Can tenants use different payment methods?
Yes! Tenants can pay with credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers (US), and other local payment methods depending on their country and Stripe's available options.
What happens if a payment fails?
Our system automatically retries failed payments and notifies both you and your tenant along with stripe.
